Unified Messaging (UM) is the integration of non-real-time media, including email, fax, voicemail, SMS/MMS into a single interface, accessible from a variety of devices. UM solutions enhance and improve business productivity while optimising ICT infrastructure. All types of messages are stored in your UM system, so that voicemail messages, for example, can be delivered directly to the email inbox and played either through a telephone handset or computer speakers.
