Kerrie Blanch

Director, People and Culture

Kerrie Blanch started as Integ’s Human Resources Manager in 2008.  Her appointment as Integ’s first full-time HR manager was to drive the People agenda and foster cultural change throughout the organisation as well as solidifying HR processes and policies.  In this role Kerrie was successful in achieving a reduction in staff turnover from 22 per cent to 15 per cent and achieving 89 per cent engagement with Staff.  This has been achieved through engagement surveys, succession planning initiatives and performance management.

In 2010 Kerrie was promoted to the role of Director, People and Culture Centre of Excellence for the combined Business Units of Integ, UXC Connect and XSI.  The consolidation of the existing HR / People & Culture teams within the Infrastructure business units enabled the team to leverage the skills and experience of these HR professionals to provide HR Best Practice across all areas of the Infrastructure business.  In this role Kerrie has continued to work with a broader team to establish common objectives, leverage shared resources, processes and programs and deliver a consistent People and Culture strategy across all areas of the Infrastructure business.

Kerrie’s announcement as Director, People & Culture for UXC Connect brings her focus back within a single organisation.  Her goal will be to consolidate the merger of the three organisations through change and cultural development, bringing the best each company has to offer.
