Ian Poole is the Chief Executive Officer of the new UXC Connect. He was previously the driving force behind the successful growth of Integ Group since its formation in 2002.With Ian as CEO, Integ Group had uninterrupted revenue growth since that time, through synergistic acquisitions, careful organic growth, prudent investment in operational improvements, development of people and innovation in the solutions portfolio in line with market dynamics. Ian has championed UXC Connect's Icon Customer Program and, along with his Leadership Team, is the executive sponsor for some of UXC Connect's largest customers. With more than thirty years’ experience in the ICT industry, both internationally and within Australia, Ian has worked for such organisations as Alcatel Australia, Nortel, Honeywell and AWA. His roles have spanned technical, sales and executive management. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Technology of Sydney and is a CPEng and a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia. |
