UXC Connect provides a wide range of product support services, with locally based specialist engineering teams coordinated by a central Service Desk here in Australia. As the first step towards delivering end to end Support and Managed Services, we make it easy for you to select the right support option for your organisational requirements. These are categorised into Basic, Express or Premium. Within these levels, we support a wide range of technologies, with restoration of business service our prime focus. Your Support Services Agreement can include all, or a combination of:

  • 24 x 7 Service Desk Access
  • Remote Technical Support
  • Onsite Technical Support (On Demand & Resource)
  • Hardware Replacement
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Vendor Supported R&D
  • Vendor Development Services

You can then choose what SLAs work for your business to overlay the support services selected.
