This ensures that incidents are quickly prioritized based on impact and urgency against your business service, and then managed by the appropriate resolver groups to diagnose and resolve your support issue. All owned and managed here in Australia by your vendor accredited Technical Support representative who is aware of your environment.
And we constantly look for improvements to be made to our existing Support Services, with a key input being our comprehensive customer surveys undertaken by a third party specialist organization. Improvements we have made recently include development programs for our Service Support personnel, including enablement and accountability programs, bringing personal ownership to the resolution of your technical support issues.
